Ingredients

  • 500 gms brinjal


  • 2 big head garlics


  • 1 cup mustard oil


  • 2 tbsp red chilli powder


  • 2 tbsp aachari masala


  • 1 tbsp haldi


  • 4 _5 tbsp salt

Directions

  • Wash brinjal and give a cut in sign now boil the baigan give 3-4 boil and off the flame ..put in a strainer and let it cool for 1 hour..
  • Till then make a paste of garlic and mustard seeds add all the spices salt red chilli powder and haldi pickle masala mix it well
  • Add mustard oil mix well. now that your brinjal are cooled.
  • Fill the masala in baigan and put in a glass jar
  • put 2 tbsp mustard oil in a jar and shake it .. it will be ready to eat after 2_3 days days .....
  • Self life 18_20 days at room temperature.
